Executive Director - Belton, Texas
Stoney Brook of Belton, Belton's soon-to-be premier assisted living community, is searching for an Executive Director. The 66-unit community is scheduled to open in the summer of 2010. As our Executive Director, you will be responsible for seeing the community through the final stages of construction, the pre-opening process and then the daily operations of the community. There is potential for this position to eventually have oversight for two other planned communities in the area. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded, customer-service focused professional. This position requires marketing and selling the community to area referral sources, potential residents and family members. Texas certification and prior experience in assisted living, dementia-care or health care is a plus. A love of seniors is a must! Vista Village, as assisted living and dementia-care community now under new community leadership, is seeking a highly motivated RN or LVN to join our management team. Our Assisted Living Director is responsible for coordinating the care of our residents, overseeing our care-giving staff and serving as a liaison with area physicians. This is a hands-on role.
